Plain terms for a small app.
Free trial
Speaketti works fully for 3 days after you first open it, with no card and no account. After that, dictation needs a licence key. Your history and settings stay.
Refunds
If Speaketti isn't right for you, email hello@speaketti.com within 7 days of buying. Include your receipt, or the email you bought with. You'll get a full refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
After 7 days you still have your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for a major fault.
What you get
- One payment for Speaketti 1, for use on one Mac (you can move it to a new Mac from Settings › Licence). Every update to Speaketti 1 is included.
- Speaketti needs a Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) running macOS 15 Sequoia or later. Please check this before buying.
- Please don't share your download or license publicly, resell it, or redistribute the app.
Using Speaketti
Speech recognition and translation can make mistakes, especially with names, numbers and noisy rooms. Speaketti shows you each translation before it goes in; please read anything important before you send it.
Speaketti is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with its date.
